Zaeema holds a PhD degree in Clinical Psychology and has expertise in providing psychotherapy and counselling to adults, children / youth and families experiencing diverse range of challenges. Zaeema integrates a variety of modalities for treatment including cognitive-behavior, mindfulness, solution focused and client centered approaches to develop and implement short and long-term goals in collaboration with the clients and help them meet their needs.
